Introduction

Inspired by the practice of Soul Motion™, Motion Lab is a shared exploration of free-form improvisational dance. Part movement meditation, part ecstatic dance, it is an invitation to wake up to the dance that's created anew at every moment: with ourselves, with another, in community and with the One.

Motion Lab is facilitated by Jens Wazel. No previous experience needed. Please be on time, so we can begin together. Cost: $8.
